The goal of this project was to transform a dated 6,000-square-foot home in Toronto’s High Park neighborhood into a warm, functional family residence with a newly designed three-bedroom in-law suite on the lower level. The kitchen and main corridor were opened up to improve flow and sightlines toward the property’s mature, tree-lined views. We preserved the home’s original character while modernizing outdated areas, using colour, texture, and pattern to bring personality and balance throughout.
