This client was downsizing from a detached suburban home into a two + one bedroom condo in the heart of downtown Toronto. Formerly an unkept rental, the space was completely gutted and reimagined to feel bright, colourful, and calming. Inspired by the clients’ love of travel, particularly their time in Hawaii, we drew from ocean tones and natural hues, layering soft greens, blues, greys, and sandy taupes throughout. Custom millwork played a key role, with thoughtfully designed cabinetry and furniture pieces that provide ample storage for their belongings from their previous home, with room to grow.
