Once construction is underway, we remain involved to protect the design and provide clarity as the build progresses. When your space is ready for furnishing, we curate the layers that complete the home, furniture, custom drapery, rugs, lighting, and soft furnishings, each selected to create a cohesive, refined, and welcoming environment.
For full-service clients, the investment begins with a personalized design consultation where we learn about your vision, priorities, budget, and timeline. After this meeting, we will prepare a tailored fee proposal that reflects the scope of work and the level of support your project requires.

Once you have a clear sense of your investment, we step in as one of the first consultants on your team. Every project is unique and is dependant on client partication and feed back.
On average the design portion takes between 3-6 months for small to mid-scale projects. For larger projects 5-8 months.
A project schedule with Milestone dates is provided at the begin of each project.

With our full-service design package, we provide a comprehensive specification book along with drawings noting all finishes, fixtures and equipment. If your project includes furniture procurement and styling, we provide concepts, specifications, materials, pricing and coordination of delivery. Every package is tailored to your specific needs. -
