Located in Toronto’s vibrant Junction neighborhood, this project was a complete ground-floor gut paired with a single-storey rear addition that completely transformed how the home functions. The redesign included a new full bathroom, a generous reach-in pantry, a built-in desk, an oak bench, and a full coat closet with future laundry roughed in for flexibility.
The kitchen was fully reimagined with an open concept layout that brings light and flow to the main level. Soft greens and blues pair with warm metals, subtle patterns, and layered textures to create a space that feels fresh yet grounded.
Our goal was to give the home a new life while preserving its character. By integrating the clients’ antiques, collected artwork, and storied pieces, the design strikes a balance between new and nostalgic, modernized for family living but rich in personality and history.
