Located in the beautiful Wychwood neighborhood, we were hired again to help our client rework their second floor to accommodate their growing family. This project focused on the home’s second-floor and ground-floor entry. The goal was to create a more spacious bathroom with a separate tub and shower, increase storage, maintain an existing bedroom, and reintroduce a third bedroom or office into the layout.
The design direction was bright and high contrast, using black, charcoal grey, white, and natural white oak for warmth. A mix of tile textures and patterns added depth and personality, giving the home a distinctive look and feel.
Repeat clients, we have completed two renovations within this home over several years.
