Scope: To help our client transform their recently purchased, dated house into a family-friendly home for a couple who loves to entertain. This project included major structural revisions and a rework to the existing floor plans of the home. We focused on maintaining the finishes in the home that had character and interest while injecting the space with modern elements and updated finishes that would keep the house feeling fresh and current but still provide a nod to the past.

The design palette for this home was a variety of greens, blush, greys, natural butternut wood, and white oak for warmth. We worked with colour blocking and mixing of unique tiles and textures for interest.

Repeat client: This is our second large scale renovation for this amazingly stylish family. The first project was completed back in 2012.
