Scope: To help our client rework their second floor to accommodate their growing family.

This project included the second floor of the home and the ground floor entry. The mandate was to create a more spacious bathroom, with a separate shower and bath, increase the storage, maintain an existing bedroom and add a third bedroom/office space back into the floor plan.  

The design direction for this space was bright white with high contrast. This was achieved using black, charcoal grey, white and natural white oak for warmth. We mixed a variety of tiles, playing with texture and pattern to give this home a unique look and feel.

Repeat client: We completed two renovations within this home over the course of several years.
