Scope: This client was looking to build a new larger, multi-level cottage on an existing property. They wanted an all-season cottage that would be well suited for entertaining large groups as well as be a welcoming space for two. 

We created a large open concept kitchen with a separate pantry and coffee station. On the main level, there were several spaces for entertaining, as well as a guest bedroom and ensuite. 

The upper level consisted of a principal bedroom, walk-in closet, and bath, as well as two additional bedrooms with ensuites. We also incorporated a spacious office that could comfortably fit four, with a beautiful view of the lake.

The lower walk-out level consisted of a new kitchenette, bar, and open concept games room.

Repeat client: We had previously worked on a home renovation project for this client. Working together on this project was another wonderful experience. 🙂
